Mike Racine

Mike Racine joined HCP in 2008 and oversees development, leasing and asset management for a portfolio of HCP affiliate owned projects. In his tenure with HCP, Mike has successfully managed assets of varying product types including office, retail and industrial in markets across the US. He has negotiated leases and forged relationships with high profile companies including Apple, L’Oreal, Northrop Grumman, Sephora, Boeing and numerous other Fortune 500 companies. Mike is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. He is a member in good standing of the California Bar having received his Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University. He maintains a California real estate brokers license and received his Bachelor of Science from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. He is a former board member of both the Culver City Chamber of Commerce and Culver City Education Foundation. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the El Segundo Economic Development Advisory Council.
