Bio
Michael is the President for Targa Real Estate Services, Inc and is responsible for the oversight of Targa. Michael received his formal education from Pacific Lutheran University where he obtained a BA in Business with a marketing concentration and finance minor. As important as his formal education was, it is the many years of tutelage from his father that has given him the hands-on training to be one of the best Executives in the area. This has afforded him the opportunity to manage investments for many of Targa Real Estate Services’ largest clients. With a current management portfolio totaling well over $250 million Michael has the experience to manage many different types of multi-family assets. Michael has been responsible for the management of Class A assets as well as the rehab and lease up of bank owned/distressed properties. This versatility is necessary in multi-family management. Michael holds certifications from the Washington State Housing Finance Commission for Low Income Housing Tax Credit Properties; and is also involved in Crime Free Housing Programs with many cities in both King and Pierce County.
