Michael Pembroke

Michael J. Pembroke is primarily responsible for the leasing and marketing of Russo Development’s existing six million square foot portfolio and new development projects throughout the region with an emphasis on Russo’s development initiatives. He also serves an integral role in the company’s operational and strategic planning objectives. Since joining Russo in 2002, Michael has completed transactions totaling more than four million square feet including build-to-suit developments for clients such as the New York Stock Exchange, JP Morgan Chase, Credit Suisse, Pepsi Bottling Group and SunGard among others. His achievements include maintaining a portfolio occupancy level of more than 97% during his tenure. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Delaware and is a member of 7×24 Exchange, the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), the Industrial & Office Real Estate Brokerage Association (IOREBA), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
