Michael Pardon joined Cantrell and Morgan in December, 2015 after relocating to Jacksonville from St. Louis, MO. Since 2010, he has successfully conducted retail leasing, site selection, property assemblage, and development activities. He has a proven ability to assess client needs, establish rapport, build trust, and close deals. His current brokerage activities focus on Tenant representation as well as development activities and site selection. Michael is a licensed real estate broker in Florida and Missouri.
