Bio
Mr. Orsak brings over two decades of commercial real estate investment experience to Nimes Real Estate, where he oversees the investment process (including strategy, acquisition, and asset management) for NRE’s student housing investments.
Prior to joining NRE, Michael held investment roles at both public and private real estate operating companies, including Campus Advantage and American Campus Communities. He has been involved in the acquisition and development of over $2.8B in student housing assets and has managed programmatic joint venture relationships with two of the three largest public pension plans in the United States.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Southwestern University and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and a member of ULI’s Student Housing Product Council.
