Michael McNally

Michael works closely with the company’s acquisitions and design teams to source, entitle, and design successful multifamily and mixed-use projects in the southeast. He manages the entire development of each project from planning to delivery. Since Michael joined Southern Land Company in 2007, he has played a key role in developing approximately 2,500 residential units and 350,000 square feet of commercial space, representing over $1.2 billion in value for the company. Feature projects that have been successfully developed under Michael’s leadership include Dwell at McEwen and Southside at McEwen, both in Franklin, Tenn.; Elliston 23 in Nashville, Tenn.; Vertis Green Hills in Nashville, Tenn.; RÊVE Boulder in Boulder, Colo.; and Bespoke Uptown in Boulder, Colorado. Prior to joining Southern Land Company, Michael was a vice president at Covenant Capital Group, a private equity, multifamily value-add real estate firm. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he was a member of the track and field team.
