Michael McAuliffe

Michael McAuliffe is a Vice President with the Valuation & Advisory Services Group in CBRE's Houston office. Mr. McAuliffe has over twenty four years of real estate appraisal and consulting experience throughout the southern United States and México. Mr. McAuliffe is a designated member (MAI) of the Appraisal Institute and is licensed as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser in the States of Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. He has also testified as an expert witness in United States Federal Bankruptcy Court.

Some of Mr. McAuliffe's experience includes valuation and advisory services of a variety of properties for public, private and institutional clients including all types of golf courses, mixed use developments, single family residential developments, vacant land, multi-tenant office and retail properties, net leased properties, branch banks, single family residential and automobile dealerships. Property rights appraised include fee simple, leased fee and leasehold.

Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. McAuliffe was the Senior Securitization Specialist for Archon Financial in Irving, Texas.
