Michael Martin

Michael Martin is a Senior Vice President at Brennan Investment Group. Mr. Martin is responsible for acquisition and development of industrial properties in Atlanta and Savannah and also oversees all operational activities within his region, including management and leasing. Before joining Brennan Investment Group, Mr. Martin was Vice President at OmniTRAX, Inc., one of North America’s largest private railroad and transportation management companies. In this role, Mr. Martin was responsible for facilitating the development of industrial sites on or near OmniTRAX railroads. Previously, he was Regional Vice President for First Industrial Realty Trust in Atlanta. During his time with First Industrial, Mr. Martin was responsible for identifying and acquiring land for various industrial developments throughout the Atlanta region. Mr. Martin started his career with the Trammell Crow Company. Mr. Martin received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and his Master of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
