Biography
Michael Macchia draws upon over five years of experience in commercial real estate investments and financing to create value for his clients. Macchia combines his net lease investment sales focus with a keen understanding of the industrial market across the US, but more specifically in the Southeast US.
Prior to joining Colliers, Macchia started his career in New York at Northmarq (formerly known as Stan Johnson Company). He focused on the acquisition and disposition of net lease investment properties. During his time at Northmarq, he also worked with the corporate finance team on various sale-leaseback research initiatives. Macchia has been apart of over $1B worth of transactions throughout his career thus far.
He currently holds a real estate license in New York and graduated from the University of Rhode Island, where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Global Business.
