Bio
Michael Lichtenstein has been President of Heritage Equity Partners since its founding. Michael is a zoning lawyer by training, with deep roots in the construction and development industries. For the past 20 years, Michael has been involved in over 5 million square feet of residential and commercial development, including residential multi-family properties, as well as a range of commercial sites throughout New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Michael leads a fully integrated development and construction platform. Michael holds a JD from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, in New York, and a BA in Political Science. He was one of the first developers Bedford Stuyvesant starting in 2000, During the following years, Michael was one of the pioneering developers in Williamsburg, as well as one of the first developers in Fishtown, Philadelphia during the years 2000-2008.
