Michael Levy is a seasoned real estate veteran with over 20 years of experience in brokerage, development and investment across all product types.

As President and Chief Operating Officer, Michael oversees Mathias Partners' investment and development, asset management, and capital markets activities.

He is responsible for sourcing and executing debt and equity investments across a variety of real estate product types. This includes entitlement work, investment and acquisition analysis, financial underwriting and deal structuring, debt and equity financing, asset management, and investor relations.

As a broker, Michael has represented office, industrial and retail tenants in their search for lease space as well as buyers and sellers with the acquisition or disposition of assets including land, office, retail, multifamily and investment properties. He has represented local companies, private investors, institutional clients and Fortune 500 companies with their commercial real estate brokerage requirements.

Michael received an undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. He is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Texas and an active member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), the Commercial Brokers Association of Austin (CBA), and the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES).
