Michael Kramer

Mike Kramer is a Managing Director for Sand Hill Property Company. He oversees acquisition, financing, development, leasing, and asset management for several projects and serves as portfolio manager, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our institutional partners and investors. Previously, Mike was a Project Leader for the Boston Consulting Group, with a focus on economic development, municipal government, financial services, and technology clients. Before joining BCG, he served the White House in the Office of Management and Budget, involved in economic stabilization, housing finance, and financial regulation. Mike has prior experience in investment banking, management consulting, and structured finance, and is a licensed certified public accountant. He earned an MPA from Harvard, an MBA from Wharton, and a BS and MS from the University of Illinois, where he studied accounting and finance.
