In July 2019, CBRE Group, Inc. (NYSE: CBRE) acquired CBRE|MEGA, a long-standing joint affiliate and the leading full-service commercial real estate services operation in Omaha.
Michael Kaufman is a Vice President with CBRE and brings with him over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate. Since the beginning of his affiliation with CBRE in 2008, Michael's transactions have totaled over $95 million.
Michael's primary focus is developing comprehensive and strategic real estate plans for his clients. His areas of expertise include global corporate representation, the sale and leasing of large retail, office and apartment portfolios, and negotiating complex real estate transactions.
In his spare time, Michael volunteers for the Jewish Federation of Omaha and was a Chairperson for the Young Leadership Mission to Israel. He also chaired the Federation's 2017 fundraising campaign.
