Michael Jahnle

Michael Jahnle joined CBRE in September 2017 and serves as an Associate on the CBRE Philadelphia Multifamily team. Before joining CBRE, Michael attended NYU where he earned his Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development with a concentration in the Business of Development. Prior to attending NYU full-time, he worked as an Assistant Project Manager for Toll Brothers City Living based in Hoboken, New Jersey. In this role, Michael acted as the owner’s representative in managing over 100,000 square feet of retail and parking space. Michael also worked on various condominium projects, overseeing the sales, marketing, and construction teams and managing contracts and budgets.  

Michael earned his Bachelors of Science in Urban Studies from Cornell University in 2015, where he concentrated his studies in real estate. He is a native of Delaware County, and matriculated from The Episcopal Academy, where he was an avid rower and captain of the Varsity Men’s Rowing Team. He enjoys his summers in Avalon, New Jersey with his family.
