Michael Hoskins

Mr. Hoskins is a member of the Columbus corporate services team led by Terry Mathews, Doug Jackson and Bill Whipple.  As Senior Transaction Manager for the Cardinal Health account, Mike works with Cardinal Health's corporate real estate staff to define requirements, and collaborates with brokers in markets throughout the Americas to fulfill those needs.  Cardinal Health is a Fortune 20 company, the largest company by revenue in Ohio, and one of the largest healthcare product distributors and services companies in the United States.  Mike has led the transaction management services for CBRE at Cardinal Health since the inception of the relationship in August 2001.  On average, Mike completes 40 transactions per year, including acquisition and disposition work, having an aggregate value of $50 ± million.Mike is a veteran of the commercial real estate industry, having more than 25 years of experience in the areas of leasing, property management, development, construction, investment sales and accounting.  Prior to serving Cardinal Health, he served numerous clients including many of the nation's leading institutional investors.  His breadth and depth of experiences provides him with a unique skill set to assist both landlord and tenant clients alike.

Mike was a principal and vice president of Mathews Click & Associates from 1994 until 1998 when it was acquired by CBRE.  Mike also served as Vice President of PCS Realty from its founding in 1988 to 1994.  Previous to PCS Realty, Mike held a variety of positions with The Pickett Companies, a Columbus, Ohio based developer of office and hotel properties.
