Bio
Michael Horne has 30 years of retailer and shopping center representation, with a focus on the northern and central New Jersey markets. He joined CBRE in 2013 as First Vice President upon the sale of Fameco Real Estate, L.P., the Philadelphia region's leading brokerage firm specializing in retail real estate and the shopping center industry. Michael has extensive expertise in site selection, market analysis, site development and dispositions.
Michael has completed numerous transactions on behalf of owners, developers and occupiers, having successfully negotiated deals with Staples, Barnes & Noble, LA Fitness, Auto Zone, Panera Bread, Texas Road House, Red Robin Restaurants, Pier 1 Imports, Old Navy, Bath & Body Works, TGI Fridays and Yum Brands. Additionally, Michael has a represented a wide variety of institutional as well as private landlords and developers including: Kimco, Lightstone, SCI, Stavola Realty, Getty Realty Trust and Simon Property Group.
Prior to joining Fameco in 2002, Michael spent three years as Vice President of Retail Services at Silbert Realty & Management Company and prior to that he was affiliated with Staubach Retail Services and RJ Brunelli & Company.
