Michael joined KBC in January 2024 to help lead market intelligence efforts for the Greater Philadelphia market after spending nearly three years at Colliers as a Market Research Analyst and five years working in research at CoStar. At Colliers, Michael worked in collaboration with the marketing and brokerage professionals to generate market reports, surveys, maps and statistical analyses. Michael has a passion for mapping and spatial analysis, which he is able to pair with market knowledge to help clients make informed business decisions.

Michael is originally from Franklin, MA, located in the suburbs of Boston, and attended James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA (Go Dukes!) before living in Arlington, VA post-graduation, which is where he met his fiancée and then settled in the Philly suburbs. Outside of the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his fiancée and dog, playing golf and pickup basketball, practicing yoga, attending concerts, going to the beach, and (as a die-hard Boston sports fan) watching every Patriots, Red Sox, Bruins and Celtics game that finds its way onto Philly TV channels.
