Bio
Michael Grossner is the Director of Acquisitions and Dispositions at BKM Capital Partners. In this position he sources and presents acquisition opportunities to Investment Committee and oversees underwriting, due diligence and the closing process. In addition, he is responsible for stabilized asset sales and recapitalizations.
Grossner brings over 10 years of experience to his position with expertise in deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, financing, and asset management. He has successfully acquired more than $2 billion in value-add investments within the most competitive West Coast industrial markets. Prior to BKM Capital Partners, he served as Vice President at Bridge Investment Group and Acquisition Manager at ViaWest.
