Bio
Michael is a Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is primarily responsible for the origination and execution of single-tenant, net leased capitalizations. The capitalizations include investment advisory, sale leasebacks, construction financing, conventional permanent financings, bridge financing, joint ventures, credit facilities and CTL financing.
Michael started at HFF in 2012 and has been involved in more than $9 billion of commercial real estate transactions during that time. His prior commercial real estate experience includes working with Archon Group, LLC (now Goldman Sachs) in its loan asset management group and The Cogent Group/Crestview Real Estate.
