Bio
Michael Geoghegan is co-head of the Consulting Group at CBRE's Midtown Manhattan office. The Consulting Group is the preeminent real estate transaction and advisory practice in the United States. Michael has consummated many of the largest real estate transactions in New York City including most recently, Citi's 2.6 million-square-foot headquarters purchase at 388/390 Greenwich Street and Morgan Stanley's 430,000-square-foot lease at 750 Seventh Avenue. He has also been responsible for negotiating new leases to anchor some of Manhattan's largest developments such as L'Oreal's 430,000-square-foot and The Boston Consulting Group's 200,000-square-foot transactions at 10 Hudson Yards, Proskauer's 450,000-square-foot lease at 11 Times Square and National Hockey League's 180,000-square-foot lease at One Manhattan West, for which Michael received the 2016 Henry Hart Rice Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Award from the Real Estate Board of New York. A member of the Colbert Coldwell Circle from its inception, he is consistently recognized as one of CBRE's top producers.
Previously, Michael was a principal with the Trammell Crow Company, responsible for development, transaction structuring, sales and financing of commercial projects in the Mid-Atlantic area of the country.
