Michael C. Galla

Director Mike Galla is based out of Atlanta, Georgia, and joined Walker & Dunlop’s Capital Markets group in 2018 as part of the company’s acquisition of iCap Realty Advisors. Mr. Galla has nearly 10 years of industry experience and is responsible for contributing to the Capital Markets group’s growth in the Atlanta area. Mr. Galla has extensive knowledge of capital markets lending and approaches each financing assignment first by understanding the needs and motivations of his clients, then finding the optimal lending solution. Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Galla was a director at iCap, where he focused on multifamily, retail, and mixed-use property transactions.  In this role, his responsibilities included the nationwide debt and equity joint venture production for commercial real estate properties of all types. Before joining iCap in 2012, Mr. Galla held several positions in the commercial real estate space, including Vice President of acquisitions and finance at Vista Realty Partners as well as Underwriter and Originator at Primary Capital Advisors (now JLL Real Estate Investment Banking). Mr. Galla holds a Bachelor of Science in management from Miami University.
