Serving as Vice President of BWE Investment Sales, Michael helps oversee the national affordable housing platform. Michael and the team specialize in multifamily transactions involving assets encumbered with affordable housing restrictions. With more than 10 years of experience in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) space, Michael brings a unique perspective in understanding property management, compliance, asset management, valuations, financing, and sales. During his commercial real estate career, Michael has been involved in the valuation and disposition of $3 billion of multifamily transactions across the country.

Prior to joining BWE Investment Sales, Michael was a Director at JLL where in 2018 he started the affordable housing investment sales division. Before joining JLL in 2015, he worked for Wentwood Capital as a financial analyst overseeing a LIHTC portfolio of more than 70 properties and 4,000 units. Previously, Michael also worked at UBS Investment Bank in London and with Picerne Development as a LIHTC property manager.
