Mike started his real estate career in 1990 and is a lead member of a Silicon Valley group specializing in Tenant Advisory. Over the last 29 years, he has focused on Advisory & Transaction Services for technology and professional corporations. Mike's client mix ranges from public corporations to venture capital funded private start-up companies. His clients benefit from the unmatched extensive global platform of corporate services CBRE provides, making it the world's largest full service real estate provider.  Assignments have included: local / global transaction management, leasing / buyer representation, property disposition, market research, strategic planning, financial analysis, labor analysis, build-to-suits, sale-leasebacks, critical environments, project management and lease administration. His deep understanding of the Silicon Valley real estate market and strategic planning provides his clients with market intelligence required to make informed decisions and eliminate risk. Mike's professionalism combined with personal attention has resulted in long term repeat clients and referrals. A native of Santa Clara County, he and his family live in Saratoga.
