Michael Ettel is an Associate with the Capital Market Advisors team at Colliers International in Norfolk, Virginia. Michael specializes on investment sales transactions throughout Hampton Roads and Southeast Virginia and primarily focuses on the sale of office and industrial assets. Over the past year, Michael has been involved in over $100 million of real estate transactions.Prior to his role as an associate, Michael was Senior Financial Analyst where he led the underwriting of income producing properties and market research. During his time as senior financial analyst, Michael underwrote over $1 billion in valuations of various property types including office, industrial, hotel, and retail throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast.
