Michael Cosby

Michael is a senior director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than seven years of experience in commercial real estate capital markets. During this time, he has been involved in nearly 300 debt and equity transactions across all product types, with a focus on multi-housing, retail, mixed-use and office. Over the course of his career, Michael has participated in the execution of more than $11 billion in commercial real estate debt and equity transactions.
