Bio
Mr. Cato is a Harvard and Duke educated finance and real estate attorney, he focuses on all aspects of investing in and managing multi-family housing.
Mr. Cato found his calling early, closing real estate deals as an intern at the Harvard Legal Services Center. He honed his craft at the international law firms Latham & Watkins and Sheppard Mullin. Before joining The ConAm Group, Michael was a partner in the commercial real estate firm Crosbie Gliner Schiffman Southard & Swanson (CGS3).
