Mr. Cappelli joined the firm in September of 1986. Mr. Cappelli has been involved with various Development Projects throughout his 31 years in the business. Mr. Cappelli shares responsibilities with other Executives in the firm for coordination and supervision of daily construction operations including budgeting, subcontractor buyouts, accounting and scheduling.
