Michael Burrows consults Tenants and Landlords on how to think through negotiation and rational pricing for their real estate needs. Typical projects include landlord negotiation, lease restructuring, development, portfolio assessment, site selection, incentive package acquisition, sublease/termination advisory, underwriting, and broker opinion of value.
Mr. Burrows brings a detailed financial background to real estate transactions. He is highly knowledgeable in real estate cash flow modeling and accounting. He quantifies the clients' current situation, evaluates scenarios for possible consideration, and determines the best strategy to serve his clients.
Mr. Burrows joined C&W's Strategic Advisory Group in May 2017. He was previously at Colliers, Jones Lang LaSalle, and at Cushman & Wakefield once before as an analyst. Mr. Burrows has been successfully involved in several 50,000+ RSF Tenant/Landlord Rep assignments. He has also advised several governmental agencies on their real estate decisions.
Additionally, Mr. Burrows has experience in ground up development at Brookland Capital, where he served as a financial analyst for over 50 development sites. He was essential in the acquisition, financing (debt & equity), leasing, operations, and investor relations associated with these projects.
Mr. Burrows is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New York. He is also an active member of his church, assisting with food/clothing drives and worship.
