Michael Bennan

Mr. Bennan has been a partner with PacVentures, Inc. affiliated entities for the past 7 years and was formerly a Principal at the Trammell Crow Company, one of the largest diversified real estate service companies in the world. Mr. Bennan began his career with Trammell Crow Company in 1990 as a retail leasing agent representing clients such as Exxon, Mobil, Bank One, Tandy, OfficeMax, and Marshalls in addition to overseeing a sizable retail portfolio. Mr. Bennan became actively engaged in commercial development in 1996 and was responsible for developing over one million square feet of office and industrial projects during his tenure at Trammell Crow. Notable projects include a 170,000 square foot office building which was built to suit the Arizona State Department of Health Services, and a 500,000 square foot industrial project ventured with Prudential Real Estate. Mr. Bennan holds an MBA and BS in Architectural Studies from Arizona State University.
