Mr. Apt also has 29 years of experience managing large-scale real estate and construction development projects for office, industrial, multi-family, government, healthcare, education and institutional sector clients. Mr. Apt’s ability to develop a strong network of partners within every phase of the project management lifecycle enables Gilbane to ensure projects are on time, within scope and at or below budget.
