Melody Miles

As the Director of Training & Development, Melody works daily with the onsite teams and HQ support to bring knowledge and structure to the operations team. Melody focuses on training through daily connections, group collaborations, and individualized training programs in an effort to maximize the success of the individual team members, as well as Student Quarters as a whole. She also works closely with all management platforms to optimize system operations and is involved in onboarding and new acquisition transitions. Melody is passionate about culture, development, and innovative ways to engage and motivate the onsite teams. Melody has a decade of student housing experience, and has previously worked with Trinitas Ventures, Gateway Facility Services, and Cardinal Group Management. Melody holds a Bachelor of Arts from North Greenville University, and is a member of the National Apartment Association.
