Bio
Melody Holley joined Crossman & Company in early 2019 as a Senior Associate for the Georgia and Tennessee markets specializing in retail landlord representation. She is responsible for creating value enhancement strategies and solutions for owners of grocery-anchored centers, community power centers, unanchored strip centers, and freestanding buildings, including existing projects and ground-up development opportunities. She understands the nuances of budget assumptions, financial analysis, and reporting related to institutional property owners. Melody has an in-depth understanding of tenant mix analysis and target marketing, which enables her to identify prospects and generate results. Her expertise ranges from small shop leasing to anchor tenant replacement and renewals. Melody studies each market noting shifts in market position and retailer entry and exit in the market. She takes a strategic and methodical approach to each project by creating a custom leasing plan, having proficient knowledge of the retail trade area, and leveraging industry relationships with national, regional, and local retailers and restaurants. Prior to joining Crossman & Company, Melody worked as a Vice President with Colliers International for 15 years and played an instrumental role in the redevelopment of Roswell Wieuca Shopping Center and Roswell Market Place where she upgraded the tenancy and increased the occupancy from 55% to 95% over a 2-year period.
