Melissa Russell joined the CBRE Memphis office in July 2005 as Client Services Coordinator for the Investment Properties team providing support for all of the team’s marketing and administration efforts. In 2019, she expanded her role to include the Industrial Tenant Representation brokerage team as well.  Melissa plays an integral role with her teams by providing best of class services and support with coordination, communication, transactional deadlines and execution off all business strategies. Her duties include production and distribution of online and printed marketing materials, coordinating with clients during the entire transaction process, day-to-day administrative functions, market surveys, file compliance and data management. Her extensive organizational and planning skills allow her to work directly with clients to resolve issues of all varieties.
