Melissa is a Director in the Atlanta office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. She joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes in affordable housing transactions nationwide. Melissa started at HFF in October 2018. Throughout the past four years, she has been involved in the disposition or recapitalization of more than $6.3 billion in affordable housing assets.
