Biography

Melinda Russell has been a specialist in multifamily investment properties in greater Los Angeles for over 20 years. Melinda works closely with her clients in an advisory role, representing their interests by combining her market knowledge with state-of-the-art resources in order to consistently exceed client expectations on presentation and pricing. Her client list includes private investors, high net-worth families and partnerships, pension funds and REIT’s. She is a member of the CBRE Investment Properties focusing on mid/large size assets located mostly in Southern California. She is also a graduate of UCLA and is a member of the UCLA Ziman Real Estate Alumni Group (REAG).

 

Since 1989, Melinda has been involved in the disposition of over 6,000 units valued in excess of $1.5 billion concentrating on institutional and private party transactions. Melinda has been a consistent "Top Producer" and has been recognized throughout her career as a top broker nationwide as well as one of the “Top Women in Commercial Real Estate” by Real Estate Southern California. Prior to joining CBRE, Melinda worked for Hendricks & Partners for over 10 years as Associate Partner and top 5 producer.

Melinda is highly regarded as an industry expert in the multifamily investment sector, investing all professional time in representing and managing transactions, or analyzing local market conditions for investors. With over 20 years experience and over $1.5 billion in sales transactions and full understanding of her markets, she is well prepared to overcome obstacles in order to maximize sale proceeds. Melinda’s professional expertise coupled with the CBRE platform and database, will offer unsurpassed market knowledge to ensure that all potential investors will be exposed to an offering.
