Melinda Durham is Vice President of StoneCreek Company. In this role, she is responsible for the operations and management of StoneCreek and it's portfolio, while also supporting development, acquisitions, dispositions, and financial matters. Melinda has over 18 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to StoneCreek, Melinda worked for companies such as The Irvine Company, Cushman and Wakefield, and Bixby Land Company.
Melinda has developed and mentored large teams and oversaw the management of more than 8 million square feet of office, industrial and retail space throughout California, Arizona and Nevada. Melinda’s extensive background includes due diligence, leasing, budgets, contract negotiation, property management, and client relationships. Melinda is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine and holds her commercial real estate license in the state of California.
