As Research Manager, Melanie’s responsibilities include tracking market opportunities, upcoming development projects and done deals relating to leasing and sales. She prepares market reports and works closely with the marketing, leasing and development teams to provide information relating to their projects. Melanie is also engaged with the promotion of Panattoni’s development projects to the real estate community. Melanie has been with the team since 2018.
