Bio

Megan Williams is a Director in Cushman & Wakefield's Bethesda, Maryland office. Focused on servicing Cushman & Wakefield's investor and occupier clients, she analyzes existing buildings to strategically fill vacancies by qualifying prospective tenants, negotiating new leases/renewals, and researching/tracking market conditions.

 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Megan was as a Research Associate for CoStar Group, specializing in the Washington, DC market. As a Researcher, she was responsible for capturing pertinent information including market fundamentals and trends, tenant movement, and market transactions.

 

Megan is a licensed real estate broker in Maryland and Virginia. She is a member of Cushman & Wakefield Future Leaders (CWFL), an internal professional development group dedicated to Cushman & Wakefield professionals early in their real estate careers. In addition to CWFL, Megan coaches youth girls' lacrosse for a Montgomery County recreation league.

 

Megan graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in finance, and a minor in Economics. She also served on the Women's Lacrosse team as President, Captain, and Treasurer.
