Meaghan Philbin is an Associate on the Newmark Institutional Capital Markets team, involved in all aspects of the sale of institutional quality properties across all asset classes with a focus in New York City.

Prior to joining the team in February 2020, Meaghan was a part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Professional Real Estate Program in NYC.

Education and Achievements

Meaghan holds a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Finance from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.
