Max Holter is Director of Acquisitions with Summit Real Estate Group and is involved in all aspects of acquisition strategy. Max has been in the commercial real estate business since 2011 with experience in development, acquisitions, leasing, asset management, and dispositions. Prior to joining Summit in 2014, Max served as brokerage associate with CBRE in St. Louis specializing in retail landlord and tenant representation. He also served as a Transaction Manager for Cassidy Turley. Max holds a B.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Missouri." with "Mr. Grinestaff has 7 years in the commercial real estate industry. At Summit, Blake leads and manages projects ranging from tenant finish and capital improvements of the firm’s assets to management and oversight of large-scale development and construction projects on behalf of our corporate clients. Prior to joining Summit in 2021, Blake served as a Project Manager at McGrath & Associates and as a Project Manager at BSI Constructors. Blake holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Southern Illinois University and an Associate degree in Pre-Engineering from Lake Land College.
