Maxwell Eliot

Maxwell Eliot is a Director of Acquisitions at LCN Capital Partners where he is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and closing single-tenant sale-leaseback and build-to-suit investments. Since joining LCN in 2014, Maxwell has closed on over $2 billion of sale-leaseback and build-to-suit investments across a wide array of tenant industries, geographies, and real estate asset classes. In addition to his acquisition responsibilities, Maxwell helps develop LCN’s strategic vision and investment strategies. He also assists LCN’s investor relations activities and provides internal support for the management of the firm’s investment portfolios. Maxwell graduated with a B.A. from Harvard College with a concentration in Philosophy and a secondary in Economics.
