Max Xander joined Land Advisors Organization in 2017 and currently serves as an Advisor. Based in Scottsdale, he specializes in land transactions related to master-planned communities, industrial, multifamily, and homebuilder projects, primarily working on projects in Phoenix while also collaborating nationally with the firm’s founder and CEO, Greg Vogel. Max holds a BS in Finance from Arizona State University and maintains a strong understanding of land economics.

His responsibilities include targeted acquisition, underwriting, sourcing opportunities, oversight of marketing material production, and research coordination with the Land Advisors Organization research team. Max advises landowners and developers and is actively involved in client communication and collaboration with third-party consultants on project advancement.

Max is an active member of NAIOP, ULI, and serves on the Board of the Valley Partnership Community project.
