Maurice Funes is Senior Vice President, Leasing and Development. He previously served as Vice President of Real Estate for AMC Theatres, where he was responsible for acquisitions, renovations and procurement of new theatres. Prior to that, he led the eastern half of the US Real Estate division for JCPenney, where he spent 15 years in various positions including store expansions, new store growth, renovations and disposition of non-core real estate holdings, and managed a portfolio of more than 50M square feet.
