Maureen Nez is VP of Finance & Portfolio Strategy at Parmenter Realty Partners in the Miami office. Maureen joined the firm in 2006. She is primarily responsible for the firm’s underwriting of new acquisitions, quarterly valuations, as well as projections and sensitivities of the firm’s assets. Maureen is also actively involved in the acquisitions of assets and investor relations.
