Matthew is a Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has extensive experience in commercial real estate. He focuses on self storage investment advisory with JLL Capital Market’s National Self Storage team. During the course of his career, Matthew has been involved in more than $6.3 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Matthew joined HFF in 2017 and has significant experience in acquisitions and dispositions, real estate valuation and consulting services, and strategic analysis, including development demographic study, in-depth market research, and financial analysis.
