Matthew Whalen is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cord Meyer Development Company. He brings to Cord Meyer 30 years of experience in such real estate sectors as multifamily, office, industrial, hospitality and single family.Most recently, Whalen served as Senior Vice President of Development at a major developer of rental communities, responsible for development and acquisition activity across Long Island, Westchester and Connecticut. A 1988 graduate of Princeton University, where he received a B.A. in history, Whalen looks forward to exploring development opportunities for Cord Meyer Development Company.
