Matthew Welch

Matt leads a deal team within the Investment Group and focuses on originating, underwriting, and structuring new investments. In addition, Matt is focused on ensuring the success of those investments throughout their life cycle including development oversight, maximizing the capital structure, and executing the business plan until disposition. Previously, Matt worked at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital in the origination team and BMO Capital Markets in the real estate investment banking team.
