Matt Sullivan joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2009 and has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience. He leads the firm’s DC Metro Healthcare Advisory Practice, providing strategic advisory and brokerage services to physician practice groups, hospital systems, investors in healthcare real estate, insurance providers, pharmaceutical and biotech companies both regionally and nationally. He and his team advise clients with expertise surrounding patient experience, service line projections, payer mix analysis, clinical space utilization and regulatory compliance.
