Bio
Matthew oversees asset performance and management operations for the firm’s properties located in Colorado, Michigan, Massachusetts, California and Nevada. Matthew has an extensive background in Asset Management for Multifamily properties in over 23 states. His real estate experience includes working for JP Morgan Chase and Cottonwood Residential, a Private REIT. While at Cottonwood, Matthew worked directly with the Asset Management team on Core Plus and Value-Add opportunities and found ways to increase NOI for properties under management. He has an in-depth knowledge of acquisitions, budgeting and forecasting, capital projects, insurance and financial reporting. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Brigham Young University-Hawaii.
