Matt Sabroff

Matt Sabroff, Assistant Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management, assists the organization in identifying new acquisition and development opportunities across the country. Matt is primarily responsible for assisting the team in the underwriting, due diligence, and financing of new acquisitions. He has helped procure approximately $475MM and 2MM square feet of assets currently under management. Prior to joining M & J Wilkow in 2016, Matt worked for Colliers International's Capital Markets Group in their Cleveland, Ohio office, where he was involved in numerous multi-family, self-storage, and office transactions as an Investment Sales Broker. Matt began his career with Colliers International as a Financial Analyst with primary responsibilities including financial modeling, market analysis, broker-opinion of value and offering memorandum creation. Matt is a graduate of Miami University (OH), a licensed Real Estate Broker in Ohio, and participates in multiple real estate associations in Chicago and various charitable organizations.
